Well it's just about "this time next year" and the new iPhone is out. Maybe Cocumelli's comments will come into focus.

I really don't know how DM will approach it but I do know they always name a few big players among several smaller players with each round of filings....so we can expect, imo, another big named infringer with the next filing.
