if and when edig gets a positive ruling at Markman comes January.

I would like DM to file stage 3 lawsuit with the likes of "A" companies for the real meat and potatoes.

At least maybe the markman can add to the validity of the patents and then DM can approach the Ti's/sam/a-company/ to get them to pay royalty for the embedded Edig brain.

One can only hope......soon ;)
