Is it just me or is it everytime I read about new patent infrindgement cases it always the small guy going after the big boys. And they always include Lg,Samsung, HTC America, Apple, Microsoft, etc etc ..sooner or later maybe the courts will realize that the big boys are always steeling the little boys tech and the courts will really slap these guys in the butt with a hugh wooden paddle and make them pay dearly.
