Yes, a very good read....just replace Wi-LAN with e.Digital and reprint...

And NOKIA was one of 19 in our sites when filed upon last Nov with these headlines in the PR 11/3/09:

"e.DIGITAL FILES PATENT INFRINGEMENT LAWSUIT AGAINST CANON, KYOCERA, NOKIA, PENTAX, PANASONIC AND 14 OTHER COMPANIES"

Who was Wi-LAN's law firm? Maybe I missed it in the article?
