Well the year is nearing its end point and this is about as exciting as it gets regarding this investment, imo...a penny stock at the cross roads for significant developments in the short term.

That's a VERY BOLD statement with a finite time frame, AND they have scheduled their annual meeting just after this point, and the Markman hearing, to face investors.

Certainly they know something we, and the market, does not know.
