The judge has 30 days to issue a decision. She may Rule from the Bench at closing of the Hearing, (Highly unlikely), or she may take all of the 30 days to issue a RULING...
That puts us in March of 2011. As Dischino would put it, CAPISCHE!?...Lol...Lol...
