It would seem that after a year of wrangling through this process, proclaiming raising the bar and now well down the Markman path, you would have to think baseline settlement levels would have to begin at least at $5 million on up, assuming they have the appropriate amount of exposure. I would guess that most of the notables easily are in that category, and well beyond.

Any guess as to the top end range for the big players?
