The way I interpret the listings, they are 83rd in IP Tier III, meaning there are Tier II and Tier I firms above their rank. DM is Tier I, in the top 10 for insurance, bankruptcy and construction.

Having said that...the facts according to their rank by US News & World Reports, they stated a nice size increase to the bottom line last reporting year, and they budgeted monies for growth in the IP arena, which is self evident by the attorneys they have added to their firm, some of which to the EDIG Team.

Firms have specialties as evidence by dollar volume etc, and the IP side is planned for growth...I'll say growth with us on board...lol.
