This may have already been addressed but the 3 - 4 weeks between Markman hearing and the intended shareholder meeting doesn't leave a whole lot of time for the judge to rule. I'm sure there are deadlines that a judge is required to comply with and that may be factored into the scheduling of the meeting but it seems to me that the expectation is that there will be significant capitulation prior to the Markman by a majority of the remaining 19 infringers......In addition Falk remarks, "the expected timing of material events related to new business developments," likely means material events above and beyond IP settlements. He specifically mentions that "“Due to increasing Flash-R and new IP-related activity, suggesting these actions are separate from the material events.
I know everyone is probably saying we already discussed this but I haven't been entirely up to speed as priorities have required my attention elsewhere. I'm still busy, but will attempt to stay up to date. Sorry if I'm dredging up insights that have alread been completely air'd out.
