With 51 Bln in their "checkbook" they'll hardly miss it.
On the topic though, if in fact EDIG has AAPL in their sites as an infringer, and I would assume to be a tier II effort, should DM or someone else represent us, it could take a very long time for results that could benefit us in a big way.
In reading the product links, dot connecting (LOL) etc, I find it difficult that this gigantic widget maker would not be on our list for some of their products.
There are so many widget makers going after each other with IP claims, how could AAPL be so smart to leave EDIG tech alone and just mess with the big boys? Their competitors....
We'll see one way or another in time.
