MOFO [morrison forrester] & Fish are the two most well known IP firms in the Si valley area and I have used MOFO myself for this..... My bet would be they would rep them. Townsend is also very well known in SF especially.

Emit-how do you take something like the MB Air with all flash, and actually see if they are writing to our method to avoid bad blocks and efficiency and such? Seems like it would be tough unless you had discovery to see their methods so is a bit of a chicken vs egg things as in which came first...
