Both Woody Jamisen and Natalie Hanlon-Leh got on board with DM after he took over representation of EDIG...

Assuminga nosenothing is right, and DM at some point or another had done work with AAPL, under applicable ethic rules he will have to make sure there is no conflict of interest...

There are ways this can be handled, and one of it is that DM puts everyone on NOTICE that the firm DM who has had dealings with AAPL in the past have some new additions to the Texas, or Colorado, or San at office Diego office, who will be handling the EDIG case, and that Office has had no connecction with services rendered in the past, or currently to AAPL...

At that point the burden shifts to AAPL lawyers to prove that they would some how be prejudiced if WOODY AND NATALIE AND SZE HANDLE THE CASE against them...

On the other hand if all the parties agree DM can continue with its law suit...
