There are similarities....regarding B-tree...

For now, it's not about the file system....but the methods that move data in and out(I/O) of it.

e.Digitals methods are patented(including their file structures)....and if they are successful with the current effort....they will jam up the BTrfs consideration and any others having similarities. We are suing the current defendants because e.Digital has considered that they are utilizing similar file structure efforts ....however, e.Digital has the key hardware use patented in front of them.

Don't worry about anything else until we win the current consideration. If we win this we win it all.
