So far, re: 10 for 10, the defense teams have been paid handsomely for damage control, and have probably saved their clients a few bucks in negotiating a "low" settlement.

Now that the bar has been raised and 16 face Markman in 3 months, I am wondering at what point the legal fees can no longer be justified, with most likely facing a settlement value in the end?
