They just might yet! For the life of me, I cannot understand why holders of significant shares (i.e., people who at least glance at this stock daily) who SHOULD BE aware that more announcements are pending BEFORE the AMS are ``jumping the gun`` and casting negative votes now. Just seems very strange.... It`s like criticizing work before it`s done (of course it doesn`t look right, it`s not finished!).

I suspect there is a level of (NDA) secrecy. And I still suspect that a deal(s) is on the sidelines waiting for share authorization before it can ``get done`` (the deal, which could be any of several I`ve alluded to, could be contingent on the shares being available). Can`t announce a deal till the deal is done, and the deal can`t be done till they have the shares. Just a possibility....
