He could have easily rode DM into the sunset, but they hinted at this as far back as February, reiterated this past summer, and this past September spilled the beans of new technologies and new patents with Pat Nunally...all under the umbrella of SIGNIFICANT NEW BUSINESS INTEREST...microcap interest etc etc.....

I'd say something has been in the works almost a year running. What is anybody's guess, but it was about this time last year they settled with SAMSUNG and let them off the hook....I am now wondering why.
