Taxes are the least important factor in EDIG's development at present. As I recall, they have a whole lot of credits against any TAXES for some time to come.

Besides, EDIG is in San Diego not for its beautiful weather. They are where they are, because within a square mile radius of their offices are Qualcom, Motorola, IBM, and a host of other Tech Giants with whom EDIG has had or will have useful relationships in the Future...

Since EDIG is not a widget maker, (and will not be such in the future if they follow their business plan), it makes no sense to for it to move to Minden Nevada to save couple of penneys in TAXES when time comes. They had better stay put till they get a glimpse of their future. For they either will be gobbled up by the likes of AAPL for few billion, or will be counting their money to the bank a La Qualcom in the not too distant future...
