I don`t understand why some people are electing to go ahead and cast a ``no`` vote BEFORE hearing the supposedly pending news. Just seems strange. Why not wait to hear what`s up (or not) before committing?

It sounds like you`re saying we should give management the benefit of the doubt and wait until the last possible moment before casting our vote - in case there`s some good news or additional explanation which might change our views (and possibly our vote).

I`d have to argue that it`s management`s responsibilty to put forth all available information while allowing everyone enough lead time to process that information and vote accordingly. 30 days doesn`t seem like too much to ask and surely two weeks would not be excessive. Thus, I must assume that they have already provided all the relevant information that they`re going to provide and I am now free to vote as I will.

I truly hate to disagree with you SGE, but I can`t help but ask myself how good their prospects can really be when they`re asking (or practically begging) for 100,000,000 shares? My vote will be of no consequence to anyone but myself. But it is MY vote nonetheless. We`ve been treated like mushrooms and there`s just no excuse for it.
