In my pre-meeting thought process, I`m not factoring in any prospects that may result from the authorization of more shares. Such prospects/actions that may be in the works which are contingent on the authorization of more shares (along the lines of my ``Accumulation Theory`` conjecture) would of course have to be held in abeyance as you suggest.

What I`m focusing on are things that they MAY be able to announce (which are NOT necessarily contingent on the new shares). They say there will be more business updates (plural, but may be meaningless re: more than one) before the AMS. Again, I half ``expect`` some IFE update. But something else? That`s the key, and is what I`m holding out for before I cast my vote.

At this point, I`m not planning to attend the AMS (even though it`s only some 400 hundred miles away). And it looks like I won`t even be able to hear it ``live``. It so happens that my annual physical, scheduled months ago, is at 2:00pm, 4 Aug. While I know the Dr. is going to slip on the gloves and do a prostate check, I`m really hoping that THAT is the only such insertion I suffer that day!
