As long as it makes sense to me , it does NOT need to make sense to you !!!! Nor do I care if it makes sense to you or not !!!!

Mine is a protest vote to let management know everyone is not a happy camper !!

I know they will have enough yes votes to carry the proposal and I know the company is NOT about to go out of business . That is a scare tactic that they like to use.
