You`ll get absolutely no argument from me regarding shareholders going too far in their search for information. It`s kind of like Junior High where the teacher punishes the whole class for the actions of a few - and our ranks certainly include a healthy share of such fools.

But it feels like we`ve gone from many PRs with lots of information and promising potential to virtually no PRs with only the vaguest language about what might be going on. Given our luck/history, one can`t help wonder whether any of the irons in the fire are finally getting hot - or whether there`s indeed much of a fire at all anymore. We simply can`t know because they consistently refuse to tell us - or even hint at much.

I think there should be a happy medium somewhere. Perhaps they simply haven`t found it yet. Perhaps they should search harder. When they say information is forthcoming, they should mean it and follow through with something of substance - not play games and not stretch the truth. If it takes another couple years for `emerging markets` to mature to the point where e.Digital can be successful, then I can live with that. But I`m tired of them throwing around the same catch phrases. I want `progress` clearly and meaningfully defined. They don`t have to name names or get overly specific, but they can give better guidance than they have been of late. That`s really all I ask. I don`t want this shareholder`s meeting to be another letdown in that regard.

I just received my proxy on Friday and have yet to study at as much as I would like. So I still have time to carefully consider my vote and will do so. Regardless of my decision, I don`t believe management should be allowed to continue with the status quo. They`re raising the bar in a sense and so I think should we.

I appreciate and respect your comments.
