My take is after inital Jan 28th marksman the judge will narrow the scope, one-way-or-nother, either by it being in our favor or theirs via the current ongoing eximplification of our post-claim construction assertions, but if there's no settlements, and the defendants are still left wishing to go to trial; then they're asking it pushed out to august/sep for them and us to get our ducks in a row.
