ALL of the defendants are going tto the courthouse steps before any settlements occur???

So let me see if I get this right????If all are going to the markman there will be no early settlments ( unless a few fold on the courthouse steps) With a favorable markman for us this could mean more $$$$$$$$$$$$$ to edig.
