Just got through reading all the stuff SILVER posted today...

Your post touches on a great point that speaks volumes about what is going on...

In a nut shell, defense cousle is looking for as many billing hours as they can get before the Markmen Hearing, and has convinced at least some of the defendants to go to the brink hoping DM will blink before the Markman and he can get a better settlement terms...

And DM is calling his bluff by clearly stating that he better cmply with the discovery ORDER issued by the Court and supply him with all the information they need to come up with a DEMAND or else he will be asking the Court for trble damges and sanction if they don't come up with what DM needs...

Reading it brought back memories of FRANK SINATRA singing one of his famoust songs he liked a lot:

"Its gonna be a hot time in the town of Berlin; when the yankees come storming in,"

Things are heating up; and the settlement price just went up...
