Well at least they don't characterize this as a nuisance suit. lol
These defendants have a very large exposure across multiple product lines with DM looking to dig deeper for further infringeement. Past revenues, ongoing and future revenues are all on the table.
They do not want to go there and it is merely a matter of how high the bar has been raised and what terms they can come to in order to move forward.
It makes sense for one of the larger defendants to consider a takeover, imo.
