Regarding your comment about billable hours before Markman, with the knowledge of 10 settlements to date, for lack of a better way to ask the question, at what point does the CFO of these outfits realize he is in a no win situation?
There must be a point of no return at some cross road, when they start putting a pencil to an assumed outcome from ongoing negotiations...again for the lack of a better way to say it from a layman.
