The verbiage of the contract mean nothing @ this point.

If they are sucessful....then the agreemet becomes more meaningful.

rephrase...

They are successful....and the agreement has become more meaningful.

DM is over the hump, some what as things relate to the agreement.....they have now something hard to lean on, where in the beginning they had nothing to lean on as far as that agreement went.

You really have to appreciate the risk they ventured...and still are.
