Oh, now I understand. If the company says...

• “We look forward to significant legal activity and growing our IP-related licensing revenues this fiscal year.”
• “We are very encouraged with all our IP developments and look forward to providing further information about them in future Company communications,” concluded Falk.
• “We also look forward to the January Markman hearing and enforcement activity that will precede it.”
• “Our new IP developments beyond Flash-R and eVU are progressing rapidly,” added Falk. “We’re on schedule to file patents and announce these new technologies next quarter.
• “We are in the process of filing new patents to expand our IP portfolio and look forward to announcing these new technology and business developments this quarter."
• “We anticipate additional IP licensing and eVU systems and services revenues this fiscal year.”

...then you consider three days a reasonable time to give them. Crystal clear and I'm not surprised. The company has greatly improved in the over promising/under delivering department compared to years past but you see no difference between giving them three days or a year.
