I really wonder if the big "element" has to do exclusively with the security patents that that have denied and resubmitted. Are they the only thing beside the obvious DM suits that may stir the outside investor interest. I would really like to peek at the hand we are holding. We aren't going to get much investor interest releasing earnings like we did last week. I know tick tock there is still 46 days until the end of the calender year but wasn't the promise of elements plural. Frankly, I pray it is not another Dataplay. If my only concern was our management being able to deliver that would be one thing but whole market is so unstable it makes this stock much more of a risk IMO. Getting attention in this market is primarily is bad news not good so it will take unbelievably good news to get noticed at all. GLTA Chris
