Thanks for the confirmation of what we're all expecting. Though these "elements" can only be good news for us, along with filing new patents related to new technology, it's the Markman Hearing/Order that I'm pumped about. Finally, after 10+ years, we're going to know the value of our patents. Hopefully the order will come before our Feb 11 shareholders meeting.

You can bet your bottom dollar I'll be in the courtroom on 28 Jan 11...unless the hearing is closed to the public. LOL
