I read the joint motion and details are going to be considered of it.....that is all I have commented on.

IMO, there is no telling what cooperation is happening....they both seem to be holding the same type of stance they initially had.

When they get through the details of this conference we may have a better understanding....but for now I do not see anything concrete.

Stickler or not, that is what I consider.
