That which is to attract significant new investor/microcap interest seems to be separate from the current IP litigation, imo.

Should they reveal something with impact, that will lead new investors doing their due diligence to what DM is doing and this will look like an incredible opportunity.

Imagine just having discovered EDIG now, not tainted with the 11 year history, but being a newbie today and seeing 10 settlements in the bank and 16 more about to hit...all on top of the new patents and new business developments revealed before New Years.

It's a high risk-reward penny play with the emphasis on reward. So much of the risk has been eliminated....no debt, profitablity, DM and 170+, new technologies/patents and a streamlined corporate structure.

Also, imagine waiting 11 years and getting out at .50 only to see it go to $5/share.

It is a wicked game this investing thing...lol.
