Judge Kreiger in July, almost 4 months ago...

Given the fact defense threw all but the kitchen sink at DM, trying to get their Mini-Markaman Hearing, and not engage in "Costly discovery", one would think they would play that card heavy generating many, many "Court Appearance" billable hours. But not a beep from them...

As I see it the last 4 months have been spent putting a "settlement package together, and Decmber 10 we will know what it is...

Expect the week 12/10/2010 to be harbinger of PRS announcing some great NEWS...
