Just for comparisons sake, this is where we were at soon to be 11 years ago.

If settlements via round II, to include some royalty deals in the mix, a favorable Markman, a big number via DM in round III, bring in some nice coin, a share buy back might fit. We've mulled this over for 2 years or more, and I remember Richardo putting a pencil to this, as to how it may effect the PPS, but don't recall the details...maybe if he reads this he can repost it?

Dec thru Mar/Apr might paint the picture for us.
