i4i has a $290 million decision rendered against MSFT and has won repeatedly in the appeals process.

i4i is a tiny Toronto based company.

Their next stop is the Supreme court.

I wonder if MSFT is rethinking their decision to go the distance against a tiny company that they probably could have just bought out for one third of what they are now on the hook.

Imagine if i4i had another 174+ infringers left beyond MSFT.

And MSFT has all that cash, not to mention a share swap.

I wonder where the attorney is now that recommended that course of action to MSFT.
