I know many would like the hearing to take place....I personally would rather see all 16 settle without the markman....only because of the slim possibility that we do not get a favorable ruling. I think it would be safe to assume if the ruling is not in our favor we might as well kiss the other 150+ infringers goodbye. Don't take me wrong because I feel we will prevail if it takes place but I've been wrong many times in the past....like many of us I was wrong in not selling 100,000 shares at $24.50

I doubt DM really wants to go all the way either. If I had to guess DM and RP have a settlement number in mind for each of the 16 and as long as they get what the want they could care less about the markman. Just a guess
