The amount of the one time agreement was not made public but it was and determined by the 10Q because there were no other settlements. If you go back to the filings prior to the settlement, there were serious challenges made by Samsung that DM obviously felt uncomfortable about. I noticed that current litagants have not made the same claims so I guess DM learned from the previous case. I also think the company was facing very deseperate fiscal problems which didn't help at that time. Yes, I think everyone who owned the stock was very disappointed but I think it was a lesson learned.

Mgt. itself has come out and stated it was a one time payment. Notice that no royalties have been paid.
