DBs post asking for the number of shareholders having 6-7 figures in shares totals 67 who view and/or post on this board. I think we could safely say that 50 of the total hold more the the four institutional investors.

The new elements planned to be reported to bring new investors to the table will have little impact unless we see several participate and along with the present group purchase shares in the millions, perhaps 10-20 milllion at a minimum.

Buying a few million isn't going to stimulate the market in total to push the price level up by any significant amount.

Likewise the mention of a new patent filing will have little immediate impact, but could have great impact in the future depending on it's elements.

The announcement of a potential new product and/or partnership may generate the most interest from a market appreciation view, followed up with a product/technology display at the next years shareholder meeting.

I don't expect much of a price movement until one of two things happen. First, if we see several settlements of significant value prior to the Markman. And second, after the Markman with a full or partial favorable ruling in March or April.

The result will be an emotional peak of the share price and hopefully sustained with additional rounds of filing against another large group of 20+ and perhaps other settlements outside of any added filings.
