You can wait for the news, and you can be too late to get in on the bottom area. Something is driving the volume and the rising share price. My own take is that we will rise prior to news and then have a good chance of pulling back. Now if the news is outstanding we could blast off from what ever point we are sitting at then. Have you ever tried to catch a stock when it is blasting off? I have and I would rather get in while the price is low and the news is imminent. There are no guarantees, but there are patterns.
