Spec, Welcome aboard...Here is a good description of tomorrow's hearing.It was posted by Minister several days ago....Give hime the credit for it

Status Conference is when the rubber hits the road. All parties have to "Appear" and show their hands...

That is when the script is written for the 1/28/2011 Hearing. So, we shall know by then who is "Folding" their hand and settling, and who goes ahead with the MARKMAN Hearing.
