People need to keep their expectations about tomorrow's conference in check. I believe the proceedings will be anti-climatic for many.

The reason cited in Doc 314 for the conference is:

"Because the April 15, 2010 Scheduling Order covers only the period through the Court's Markman Hearing and does not address discovery related to non-claim construction issues, there is a need for a new scheduling order for discovery on the merits."

I am not expecting announcements of settlements by any defendant tomorrow.
