1) Is Featherstone still talking for all defendants, or have some defense lawyers split and are expressing views that are different? ...

2) Who are the companies that are plotting their own course, for they might be the ones who will be settling...

3) Featherstone will be pushing still for having a Markman Order issued before discovery is completed...It would be nice to have a clue how EDIG lawyers respond to this and what is the Ruling by Watanabe...

4) Get a feel for how EDIG lawyers are pushing for discovery orders?. Specifically, note if there are others like SAKAR that have failed to fully comply with providing requested information and documents. If this is going on smoothly with respect to defendants that are represented under the Featherstone umbrella, that can only mean parties are working on settling than really trying to get ready for the HEARING...
