Why do you think they set the Shareholder meeting for Februray of 2011 which is after the Markman Hearing date?...

As I see it, the tighter the zipper of secracy is shut on any public blabbering about what goes on at present the better the chances of dispute resolution with the current defendants prior to 1/28/2011...
