I am confident EDIG will release the news of whatever material event, new business developments and new patent filings they have orchestrated, sometime over the next 3 weeks.

It will be a shot in the arm for this investment and the perception that EDIG is about to expand its reach, on top of the January Markman hearing against 16 infringers.

The optimum timeframe for these announcements, considering the holiday weeks ahead, would be this week, for maximum exposure, if they are to get the most exposure to the investment community, imo.
