Ok so maybe they arent doing anything for us and it is just settlement but the reason for stay / delay is for summit to see if they can pay in lump by end of april or will royalty paments be required??? or ????????

Other than the above I realy don't see what they can do for us unless the What They Can Do For Us is pertaining to the New Tech release PR coming tomorrow???
