There was no 8K issued so this is not the material event, imo.

This last year the focus shifted from Duane Morris's IP litigation to the talk of material events and EDIG's NEW business activities...all good stuff. They have been working up to this month, this moment, to reveal what they believe will yield significant new business interest in EDIG.

However, without the revelations of this last years developments, Duane Morris stilll marches on and today we got pacer news of yet, another settlement in the works. That still appears as all systems GO and enough to drive this company to new heights.

Tomorrow we see EDIG grow as a company, perhaps set a new or parallel course to DM's efforts and increase the value of this investment.
