I stated at least 2 years ago that there needed to have some better direction at the top. We had to many misques. To many settlements that did nothing for Edig. I don't know wherther he was responsible or not but at least its a start.

This I hope changes nothing as far as the Markman is concerned. What does concern me though is that this might not be settled even with a positive markman for some years.

In any event I'm in it for the long haul since I been with Edig for more than 10 years
