You're right, there was no bad news in today's PR.
What there was was a gross miscalculation on the part of management after a year of generating public statements indicating that they had a definite target date for events to unfold.
I think most would be more than willing, I know I would, to happily accept a delay, if they deliver a material event that is to attract significant new investor interest. A delay is no big deal, but the lack of explanation is beyond irritating.
The original cause for investment remains the same, the efforts of DM monetizing EDIG's IP.
That is not far off and we have pacer filings and court dates to go by.
