The careless and repeated use in company communications of terms such as "elements" "heightened investor interest" and "Micro cap funds" without substantive actions or business developments to support these statements is nothing short of irresponsible.

Without question, EDIG shareholders need to hold the BOD accountable.

How can a shareholder not reasonably conclude that yesterday's "management and new division" announcement and this morning's PR was once again nothing more than a weak attempt to find cover to pacify the market and EDIG shareholders?

Once again, I got sucked into the EDIG vortex as I believed that finally EDIG ( after years of over promising and under delivering) had learned to value the support and loyalty of it's shareholders.

Shame on me.

Let's do hope that at the end of the day the patent infringement efforts of DM will be the saving grace of this otherwise disgraceful "EDIG" story.
