I would have had no problem with a delay in the new patent filings/material events had he addressed the issue in light of their previous statements.

Between the back to back PRs, investors were left stunned and disappointed, just that simple.

He certainly can and most likely will redeem himself when they file those patents, ala Nunally, and announce the new technologies, which looks like early January.

However, if he goes dark and we hear nothing for months, it is on him.

The road ahead is all his now. There are so many possibilities to grow this company it boggle my mind.

Apparently it was his decisioin to realign and I am backing this effort.

I have many other thoughts on what he could do proactively to increase shareholder value.

So far the only thing appreciating is his salary. I thought for certain that in light of that move he would deliver, on schedule, as promised.
